How long until my order ships?
All orders ship within one business day of payment being received, Monday thru Friday. Except for U.S. National Holidays. Orders purchased before 7AM EST will ship same day.
How are packages shipped?
First Class and Free Shipping packages are sent via USPS generally First Class with Tracking. Priority Mail is Sent USPS Priority.
How can I track my package?
You will receive an email message notifying you that your order has shipped. This will give you the tracking number and link. If you have an account with us you can also track your package in your order history.
My package shows delivered but I can't find it?
It is best to contact your local post office as soon as possible after the delivery status update. Your local carrier and post office is the best source of information for your mail delivery problems. We are very limited on information that the post office will share with us about delivery to you since it can contain personal information. When you contact your local post office request that they give you the Geo Location of where the carrier scanned “Delivered”, this will help identify if the carrier delivered to the wrong address or if it is possible that you have a mail theft problem.
To help locate your package please let us know the following: 1. Can you verify your shipping address? 2. Were you left a notice of attempted delivery? 3. Have you contacted your local post office to see if the package is awaiting pickup? 4. Have you looked around the delivery location for your package, sometimes a delivery person is new to the job and will leave it in an unusual spot. 5. See if someone else accepted the delivery, especially if you were out and having your mail picked up by a neighbor or friend. 6. Did you recently have a hold on your mail or away from home and have your mail collected for you? 7. If you recently moved into your location, check with the post office to make sure they have you on file for deliveries. Some post offices will not deliver to the address until they have been notified that you can accept mail there.
If your package was delivered to your office contact the person receiving mail to see if your items arrived or look in your companies mail box.
Can I pay extra for expedited or overnight shipping?
I am sorry we currently do not offer any other shipment service other than the one stated previously
Shipping to Hotels
When shipping to a hotel please contact the hotel to verify they will accept a package to arrive before and during your stay. Also request what they prefer the address to look like for delivery and a phone number of a person we can contact at the hotel in case of delivery problems. We can not guarantee a delivery date, your package may arrive early or late depending on the USPS. If your package is returned by the hotel you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return fees that are incurred.
Incorrect Address provided to us
Once your package is shipped we have no way to reroute the package to your correct address. You would need to wait for the package to be returned to us for a refund to be issued minus the original shipping charge. If you would like to have the order reshipped please contact us to go over your shipping options.
Please be aware that the USPS may not follow your special instructions ie "Leave Under Porch" it is up to your local carrier discretion. You may want to speak with them on how you would like your packages left during delivery.

All packages are marked as merchandise and for the actual value of the purchase.
I am unable to select my Country for shipment?
Unfortunately some countries we do not ship to, please feel free to contact us if you do not see your country as an option in your shopping cart
I am an international customer why is customs holding my items?
Because we are a company in the United States your country may require additional taxes on imports. We have no control over this and it is best to refer to your specific countries import policies.
