Your new order total will be calculated for any discounts or special offers that would apply at its new value after the returns are subtracted. As an example free shipping, promo codes and bulk discounts.
I received a discount on my original order, how are my returns handled?
If your returns result in the orders total to go under the discount minimum purchase amount, the discount that was applied to the total order will be deducted from the return amount. As an example: We are offering a 10% discount on any order $50 or more. You purchased $50 in items, and received a 10% discount on your order. Your total payment is $45 plus the $5 discount. You needed to return $19 in items, since this would change your original order total to $31, the discount would not apply. Your total refund would end up at $14, ($19 in returns - $5 discount).
