Please insure that your items are returned in a similar type packaging that they arrived in with proper postage. If your items arrived in a bubble mailer then they must be returned in a similar type bubble mailer. Please do not send items in a plain white envelope, the items can get damaged and would become not refundable.
I paid for shipping will it get refunded?No, Shipping fee's are nonrefundable.
I received the wrong item or an item does not match description?We strive to make sure every order is correct and double check before sending orders out. If you received an incorrect item please let us know so we can resolve this as quick as possible to get you back to beading.
The SKU and title on the item label does not match my invoice.When contacting us about an incorrect item please verify the SKU and title on your invoice and on the items tag. If they are different please send us the information on the label of the item, this will help us quickly resolve the problem.
On rare occasions we re-SKU or re-title items in our inventory to better match placement, if we see this is the reason for the difference we will let you know.
The Photo Color does not exactly match the item I received.We update our photo's as often as possible when new items arrive or we notice a change in dye lots. If the color does not work at all for your project and you would like to return it please contact us and we can help start the return process.
I ordered some items by mistake or decided I do not need them? I received discounts or special offers on my original order, how are my returns handled?In the event that you return a large portion of your original order that you received discounts or free shipping, we reserve the right to recalculate your original order total for the items you kept. Your new order total will be calculated for any discounts or special offers that would apply at its new value after the returns are subtracted. As an example free shipping, promo codes and bulk discounts.
I received a discount on my original order, how are my returns handled?If your returns result in the orders total to go under the discount minimum purchase amount, the discount that was applied to the total order will be deducted from the return amount. As an example: We are offering a 10% discount on any order $50 or more. You purchased $50 in items, and received a 10% discount on your order. Your total payment is $45 plus the $5 discount. You needed to return $19 in items, since this would change your original order total to $31, the discount would not apply. Your total refund would end up at $14, ($19 in returns - $5 discount).
I received free shipping on my original order, how are my returns handled?If your returns result in the orders total to go under the free shipping purchase amount, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. As an example: We are offering free U.S. shipping on orders over $20. You purchased $25 in items, and received free shipping. You needed to return $20 in items, since this would change your original order total to $5, the free shipping would not apply. If the current flat shipping rate is $3.00 Your total refund would end up at $17.00. ($20 in returns - $3.00 for the original shipping).
Why was return shipping charges deducted from my refund?If your return had insufficient postage placed on the package, we reserve the right to deduct the amount we paid the post office from the amount due on the refund.
I opened my package and looked through it can I close it and write "Return to Sender" on it to save return shipping cost?Unfortunately no, your local post office may reject the item for insufficient postage and return it to you.
Excessive ReturnsWe reserve the right to cancel orders from customers that have a pattern of excessive returns.
