How do I use my Gift Card and can I use it with a promo code?
Yes, you can. We recommend that if you are buying items for yourself and a gift card for someone else, you use your account email address during checkout. Once the gift card email arrives you can forward that email to the intended recipient on their special day.
Can Aura Crystals forward the Gift Card email for me?We are only able to resend the gift card to the original email used during checkout.
Oops I typed the wrong email address for my Gift Card, can you change the email for me?No, unfortunately once an email address is typed in for a gift card we are not able to change it. The only option is to cancel the gift card and give a refund on the purchase. You would then need to purchase a new gift card with the correct email address.
Can you print out my gift card number and send it to me?No, we are not able to see gift card numbers and the only way to see the number is through the link sent to the email address provided during checkout.
