COVID-19 UPDATE 4/30/2020
Shipping begins on May 4, 2020
What impacts can you expect due to the changes:
-Delivery times will take longer due to USPS overload on packages.
-Only USPS first class shipping is available.
-Packages will take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse.
-Telephone Support is severely limited, email or leaving a message is the best way to contact us.
-International Shipping is temporarily suspended.
Message from us:
With an abundance of caution, we have taken the following steps to insure a safe and healthy workspace to reopen. We have made the following changes to our warehouse operations: Only Cindy and I will have access to the inventory, warehouse and shipping, we will continually monitor our health, cleanliness of our work area, and practice safe social distancing when we must interact with others. We will change our packaging times to off hours, ie early morning or late nights to reduce our interaction with others in the community for package drop off and delivery pick up. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days due to a shift in hours. We will limit all of our interactions with vendors and suppliers to only virtual. Due to the change in hours for packaging this will limit our customer phone service, please always feel free to leave a message or send an email and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please also note that we have discontinued guaranteed delivery times, they are no longer possible due to the current state of overload the carriers are experiencing. This overload will also cause extended delays on delivery times. We will only offer USPS first class shipping at this time.
We thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding during this difficult time, Cindy and I have spent a lot of time creating a plan to operate in this difficult time and feel that we have a solution to ensure our well-being as well as our community while running a business we love.
