U.S. Returns


We strive to do our best to ensure every customer
is happy with their purchase.

1. We place tracking free of charge on all U.S.
shipments.

2. If tracking shows the package was lost
or not delivered we will reimburse your full purchase.

3. If your crystal(s) arrive broken simply take a photo
email it to robert@auracrystals.com of the damaged
item(s) and we will refund your purchase price of
all broken items. (if we feel the item is salvageable
we may request it returned to us at our cost).

4.  If you are not happy with your purchase for
any reason simply place it back in the original
shipping box/envelope and return it to:
